SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
EV-Charge America thanks you for your business and interest in our products.
This shipping and handling policy serves to inform our shoppers about our order
processing time, shipping methods and also includes information for our
international shoppers.
U.S. CUSTOMERS
EV-Charge America makes every effort to keep customer's shipping costs low. We
ship via our choice of common carrier in order to bring you our products at the
smallest charges. Small orders will be shipped via first class mail through the
United States Postal Service. Orders over 13 oz will generally ship via priority
mail through the United States Postal Service or through another carrier such as
FedEx or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
EV-Charge America is excited to be part of a global economy and welcomes
international shoppers. If you are an international shopper, please note that
you should send us an inquiry before placing your order as our system does not
automate international shipping costs at this time. We will offer our
international shoppers with the choice of shipping time and manner. In most
cases, in order to receive your product in a most time efficient manner, you
will be given an option for air mail. Please do not ask us to alter customs
forms. Doing so may result in the cancellation of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
In most cases, your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days. We strive to
bring our products to you as quickly as possible and stock our 3rd party vendor
items for this purpose. However, as some of our products are hand made by us, we
handle orders in the order in which they are received. In the event that your
order will not ship within 5 business days of the date of payment, we will
notify you immediately of the expected ship time.
DISCLAIMER
In the unlikely event of damage to our products in transit, EV-Charge America
assumes no liability for mishandling of parcels by third party carriers or by
any other person once the product leaves our facility. We cannot be responsible
for damages incurred in transit.
